By submitting your reservation, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions for your stay at The Sovereign.
Minimum Stays
All rooms have a minimum two-night stay. Minimums may vary by season.
Check-In / Check-Out Times
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (Pacific Time). We will use our best efforts to have the unit ready for you at that time; however, in rare instances, check-in may be delayed due to unexpected maintenance or housekeeping issues. Entry is not permitted until all cleaning and inspections are complete. Housekeepers are not authorized to grant access. Once your unit is ready, the manager on duty will contact you via text or phone call (using the number on file) with authorization to enter. Check-out time is 11:00 AM (Pacific Time). Late check-outs must be pre-arranged and are subject to availability and an additional fee. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals or early departures.
Advance Payment
An advance payment equal to 50% of the total booking charges is due at the time of reservation. This will be applied toward your total balance. The remaining 50% will be automatically charged to the credit card on file three (3) days prior to your arrival. We accept checks (U.S. funds), money orders, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). There is a $25 handling fee for all returned checks.
Payment
The remaining balance is due three (3) days prior to arrival and will be charged to the card on file unless alternative arrangements have been made. Failure to pay in full by the due date will result in cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellations and Changes
Reservations may be cancelled by providing notice at least ten (10) calendar days prior to your scheduled check-in. In such cases, a full refund will be given. Cancellations made less than ten (10) days of arrival will forfeit 100% of the total rental amount. No refunds or discounts will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, weather, maintenance issues, or other changes made after the cancellation period. The Sovereign reserves the right to correct rates if quoted in error due to human or technical issues.
Minimum Stay
A minimum length of stay may be required for certain rates or times of year. If a guest shortens their stay below the required minimum, the full minimum rate will still apply.
Occupancy Limits
Each unit has a designated maximum occupancy and may not be exceeded at any time. Children and infants count toward total occupancy. Exceeding the limit is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
No Smoking
All units and common areas at The Sovereign are 100% smoke-free. This includes tobacco, cannabis, and vaping products. A $300 fee will be charged for smoking violations.
No Pets
Pets are not permitted at The Sovereign. Violations will result in a $300 cleaning fee and possible eviction. Service animals must be disclosed and approved in advance per ADA guidelines.
Housekeeping
For extended stays, guests may request optional housekeeping services for an additional fee. These services must be arranged in advance through the front desk. Basic cleaning supplies and a vacuum are provided in each unit.
Damages and Excessive Cleaning
Guests are responsible for any damage, theft, or excessive cleaning required during or after their stay. Additional fees may be charged for repairs, replacements, or extra housekeeping time.
Parking
Limited paid parking is available in our gated garage on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is also available and we offer temporary parking permits upon request. Please contact management in advance to inquire.
Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints may result in warnings, fines, or removal from the premises.
Internet Access
Each unit is equipped with a dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Connection information is posted inside your unit. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to third-party provider outages or equipment failures.
Security and Personal Property
The Sovereign is a secure, gated building. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during your stay. Please lock your unit and store valuables securely.
Right to Enter
Management reserves the right to enter any unit as needed for maintenance, inspections, or in case of emergency. Guests will be notified in advance when possible.
Liability
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Sovereign and its owners, agents, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their stay, including injuries or losses.
Agreement to Terms
By confirming your reservation and staying at The Sovereign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
